All UPPPER Lifting Straps feature a closed-loop design that secures the wrist around the barbell or dumbbell to prevent the weight from slipping out of your hand.     LOVE!

    Was really struggling to keep proper form and increase weight when my grip strength kept failing. These solved my problems. Lifting heavier for more reps and able to focus on form since I am not worried about losing my grip. Comfortable and cute. Love them!
