Return Policy


UPPPER:

At UPPPER, customer satisfaction is our top priority! We are excited to offer free returns on all purchases within the United States.

Return Policy:

  • There is a $5 processing fee to make a return (can be dropped off at happy return location or with prepaid label). However, exchanges and returns for store credit are free.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.

  • Items eligible for return must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

To start your return, please follow the steps below:

  • Visit UPPPER Returns
  • Enter your order number and zip/postal code (order number can be found in the order confirmation email, and the zip/postal code is the one associated with your shipping address).
  • Select the item you wish to return and the reason why.
  • Select the method you wish to use to return this item back to us.
  • You can return your item through the nearest Happy Returns bar. No need to have a box, tape or a shipping label. Just bring your item along with a QR code to a location near you!
  • You can return your item by using a prepaid label and shipping through your local post office.

Defective/Faulty Item received: We are so sorry you received an item with a factory defect! Please email support@uppper.com about the item as soon as you can and be sure to include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • A clear picture of the item with the defect

No need to sweat about sending this item back to us, please keep this item until you receive an email reply from our customer support team!

Lost packages: We're sorry to hear you haven't received your UPPPER Gear! Please email support@uppper.com about your missing order, and we will set you up with a replacement.

*We do not offer refunds for lost packages.

International order: Unfortunately, at this time we are not offering returns or exchanges for international orders. We are working on making this possible but for now, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. 

 

373 Lab:

If you don’t love the 373 Lab Supplements you’ve purchased, contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and we will give you a full refund – no need to return the product back to us! This is a hassle-free zone, no complicated forms nor return necessary. 

Please note that we will only process a refund if this is your first time purchase of a product/flavor. After contacting our team, we will either approve or reject your request after an investigation that ensures our policy isn’t being abused. This process will be fairly fast, and you’ll have a response and refund processed (if approved) within 24 hours.
